It depends on the primer!

The best putty or the highest quality varnish will not work if the substrate has not been prepared carefully and no suitable primer has been used. The new presto Epoxy Primer now offers completely new possibilities in the 1-component range. As the name suggests, this is an epoxy based primer. This resin is characterized by the best possible adhesive properties, excellent corrosion protection and good insulation against moisture - properties that are essential for a spatula repair and an almost universal application.
